She models with the Score Group, and is not published by UK newspapers. In that respect she is similar to Nicole Peters.
She made a DVD in 2004 entitled "Alone with Kelly Kay" where she performed sexual acts. This DVD is notable because her mother, Jane Kay, also appeared topless in it.
In early 2006 she became pregnant, and took part in a DVD celebrating this.
In 2007 she appeared with her mother Jane on the UK version of Deal or No Deal, hosted by Noel Edmonds, and won £50,000.
She appeared in The The Sun Newspaper with her mother (both topless) on 6th Feb 07.
